MONUSCO condemns ADF attacks in Lubero Territory that killed 89 civilians and reaffirms protection of civilians as an absolute priority

Kinshasa, 21 November 2025 – The United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO) strongly condemns the particularly deadly attacks carried out by the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) armed group between 13 and 19 November 2025 in several localities of Lubero Territory, North Kivu.
