Should the motion be rejected by the majority of the MPs, the Administration set-up will merely be rejected and will oblige the Governor to tender his resignation," explains the paper, highlighting, "The National Assembly is comprised of 25 MPs for UN [Opposition] versus 23 MPs for AMP (Presidential Majority), writes Le Potentiel, signaling "arrest of 2 MPs of the Provincial administration of Kinshasa on Friday 1st June to prevent them to participate in the vote for or against Kinshasa Governor's administration to be set up."
